The baby log app built for two parents.
Log feeds, nappies, sleep, temperature and growth one-handed in under five seconds. Every entry is on your partner’s phone a moment later. Here is everything Lullabean does, and the few things it deliberately does not.
Free to log. Free to share. Permanently. Currently available in the UK.

Dashboard
Opens on the last feed, every time
No feed to scroll and no home screen to get past. The app opens on the thing you need at 3am: how long ago the last feed was, what it was and when.
Below it, one tile each for feed, nappy, temperature, sleep and measurements, showing when each was last logged and what it was. One tap on a tile opens its logger.

Feeding log
Log breastfeeds, expressed milk and formula in seconds
Choose breast, expressed or formula. Time a breastfeed with the feed timer, or set a bottle in millilitres with big plus and minus buttons that work with a thumb while the other arm is full.
- Breast, expressed and formula feeds in one log
- Feed timer for breastfeeds
- Bottle amounts in ml, one tap to adjust
- Log it now, or 15, 30 or 60 minutes ago, or any time you choose

Bottle guide
A bottle guide that shows its working
Rather than a bare number, Lullabean hands you the arithmetic: the weight you logged, the millilitres per kilo, the number of feeds, and the answer, all on one line.
It is a starting point, not a target. The amount is always yours to change, and the guide is never a judgement about how much your baby should have. That conversation belongs to your midwife or health visitor.
What the feed logger shows
70ml
Your usual bottle around this time · guide: 2.65 kg × 150 ml ÷ 8 feeds ≈ 50 ml (your 3h rhythm)
Nappy log
Nappy log: wet, dirty or both, in two taps
Tap wet, dirty or both, pick a size and save. Add a note if something is worth remembering for later. Your own day-by-day count sits beside the NHS’s published figures for the first week, and the NHS’s nappy colour descriptions are shown in its own words.
- Wet, dirty or both
- Wee size: small, normal or big
- An optional note on any nappy
- Back-date it with the same quick time buttons

Sleep log
Log when your baby went down and when they woke. The dashboard shows how long ago they woke and how long the last nap lasted, so whoever takes over knows where the day stands. No sleep plans, no schedules, no scores.
Temperature log with the NHS bands beside it
Record a reading in °C and it is kept with the time it was taken. Next to it the app shows the band that applies to your baby’s age in weeks, quoted from the NHS page and named, so you can read it alongside the number you wrote down.
Growth charts
Weight, length and head, on the UK-WHO growth charts
Every weigh-in and measurement is plotted on the UK-WHO charts, from the same reference data behind the centile charts in your red book. What you are shown at the clinic and what you are shown in the app do not disagree.
- Weight, length and head circumference
- Plotted between the 0.4th and 99.6th centile lines
- Read at corrected age for a baby born early
- Left as a plot: no score, no verdict

A history you can correct
Every entry, from both phones, on one timeline. Open any entry to edit it or remove it, and the change appears on the other phone too. A feed logged on the wrong day is a ten-second fix.
Keeps logging offline
A hospital corridor, a basement flat, a train. You keep logging, and when the signal comes back the entries go across. Until then both phones say the record is out of sync, rather than quietly showing stale numbers.
Night mode for the 3am feed
One tap on the moon swaps the bright cream screen for a dark one, so checking the last feed does not light up the room or wake anyone else.
CSV export, whenever you want it
Settings → Export writes the whole logbook as a CSV file that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Take it to an appointment, keep a backup, or move to another app. The record is yours.
Privacy
Private by design, not by settings page
Only the two accounts on your logbook can read it. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing tracking you in the first place.
Read the privacy policy- Your data is stored in the EEA
- Access is enforced in the database, not just in the app
- No advertising or analytics SDK in the app
- No ads, and your data is never sold
- Delete your account, and the record, from inside the app
What Lullabean will never do
Never tells you how to parent

What you can do today, you can do for as long as you use the app.
No ads, no trackers, no data sold
There is no advertising or analytics SDK in the app.
No health guidance as a notification
Nothing pings you with advice at 3am.
Questions parents ask
Is Lullabean free?
Yes. Logging and the shared record are free for both parents, permanently, with no trial, no card and no per-parent charge. Anything that is free when you download it stays free for you. Centile charts are part of Lullabean Growth, the optional paid layer.
Can both parents use Lullabean at the same time?
Yes. That is what it is for. One of you creates the logbook and sends an invite. Both phones then hold the same record, and either of you can log, edit or remove any entry. Changes appear on the other phone straight away.
Can I log breastfeeds, expressed milk and formula?
Yes. Each feed is logged as breast, expressed or formula. Bottle feeds record the amount in millilitres, and every feed can be logged for now or for 15, 30 or 60 minutes ago, or any time you choose.
Does Lullabean work without signal?
Yes. You can keep logging offline. The app says the record is out of sync rather than showing numbers that may no longer be current, and catches up when the connection returns.
Which growth charts does Lullabean use?
Weight, length and head circumference are plotted on the UK-WHO charts, from the same reference data behind the centile charts in your red book. For a baby born early, measurements are read at corrected age.
Can I export my baby’s records?
Yes. Settings → Export writes the whole logbook as a CSV file, which opens in any spreadsheet. Deleting your account from inside the app removes the record too.
Is Lullabean a medical device?
No. Lullabean is a logbook. It records what you enter, restates published NHS reference material and names the source, and plots your measurements on the UK-WHO charts. It does not assess your baby. Questions about your baby’s health belong with your midwife, health visitor or GP.
Is Lullabean on iPhone and Android?
Lullabean is on Google Play for Android now. The iPhone version is coming to the App Store; leave your email on the download page and we will tell you the day it is out.
Something else? Ask us. A person reads every message. Lullabean records what you enter and reaches no conclusion about your baby; the health disclaimer says what that means.
Start the record tonight.
Download it, create the logbook and send the invite. It takes about two minutes, and it is free for both of you.
